KarenKaren Pheasant – Club Owner

Karen spent 22 years in banking before leaving to follow her dream and start her own fitness business in 2003. She is now a qualified Gym Instructor and has a Nutrition Diploma. She is passionate about helping women to improve their lives through fitness and healthy eating. She loves to travel to experience different cultures and is a keen football fan with a season ticket at Manchester City (which is no longer a cross to bear!).

 

 

JoanJoan Dixon – Instructor

Joan joined the staff in September 2009. She has spent many years in retail management and customer service and brings all her experience to bear in helping her members to achieve their results. Joan loves music of all genres, and strums a mean guitar! She loves going to live music concerts

 

 

AlisonAlison Harold – Instructor

Alison joined the staff in 2008, having been a member of the club previously. She combines work as a gym instructor with running many of the fitness classes. She is a fitness enthusiast and keen runner. She also loves baking healthy cakes and gardening

 

 

JanetJanet Sumner – Instructor

Janet joined the staff in July 2010, although she has been a member of the gym since February 2009. Over that time she successfully lost over 2 stone and achieved real health benefits, so is a strong advocate of the gym! She works as an instructor on Monday and Wednesday mornings with her role being to help members to have fun and get the most from their workouts.

 

 

HannahHannah Wynn – Instructor and Personal Trainer

Hannah joined the staff in February 2011, having also been a member. Her job is to assist and encourage members to get the most from their workouts. Hannah qualified as a personal trainer in 2013 and is available for individual and small-group sessions. In her spare time she loves using her creative abilities to do makeovers for friends.
